To use TRANSFLO Mobile a carrier must be enrolled in TRANSFLO Now Anywhere Scanning, or a broker must have a TRANSFLO $Velocity agreement. This form is not intended for drivers who haul for fleets.

I understand my company will be charged the same transaction rate we are currently paying for TRANSFLO Now or TRANSFLO $Velocity transactions, and my use of TRANSFLO Mobile will be governed by the TRANSFLO Now or TRANSFLO Velocity agreement currently in place.
