With TRANSFLO Express, fleets can bill customers and process payroll the same day the load is delivered. TRANSFLO Express is available at more than 750 truck stops nationwide.

Here's How It Works

The entire process typically takes less than a minute:

1. The driver hands trip documents to a trained cashier.
2. The cashier scans the trip documents, which takes less than a minute for a typical trip.
3. The cashier prints a confirmation receipt, staples it to the trip documents and hands all of the paperwork back to the driver.
4. The scanned trip documents are transmitted to Pegasus TransTech's redundant data centers and delivered electronically to the carrier.
5. The documents are available immediately for billing and settlements.
6. Driver retains originals until settlement is complete.
