  • The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk– Pegasus TransTech employees and their families formed a team to participate in the annual Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Light the Night walk and raised more than $1,250 in employee donations, which the company matched for more than $2,500 donated.

  • Toymakers of East Lake.org – this charitable organization consists of volunteers who make wooden toys and donate them to sick and needy children throughout the Tampa Bay area.  Pegasus TransTech Chairman & CEO Bob Helms serves on the Board of Directors of Toymakers of East Lake. More than 250,000 brightly painted simple wooden toys have been donated to local non-profit agencies.

  • Ronald McDonald House – Pegasus TransTech employees make dinner once a quarter for the families of hospitalized children staying at the Ronald McDonald House next to Tampa General Hospital in Tampa.  The food is prepared and donated by Pegasus TransTech employees.

  • Metropolitan Ministries Boxes of Hope – Pegasus TransTech employees donated food and supplies before the holidays to this local charity that helps poor and homeless men, women and children.

  • Humane Society of Tampa Bay's Bark in the Park - Between walkers and sponsors, the event raises $60,000 each year for the shelter.  One of Pegasus TransTech's employees was named the 2010 top individual fundraiser.

  • Bike MS -  The Citrus Tour is a two-day bicycle ride with more than 1,300 riders to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.  Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the most common neurological disorder diagnosed in young adults. One of Pegasus TransTech's employees raised over $1,000 for the ride.
