Bob Helms is Chairman & CEO of Pegasus  TransTech Corporation. He was formerly CEO of TruckersB2B, Inc., a  division of Celadon, Inc. (CLDN) and Vice President of QUALCOMM (QCOM),  Wireless Business Solutions. Bob holds a degree in Business  Administration and three U.S. patents related to wireless communications  and software for the transportation industry.

Memberships and  affiliations include: ATA, TCA, ACT1, CEO Council of Tampa Bay and NAFC.  Bob Helms is president of the Toymakers of Eastlake.  He has served as a member of the Board  of Directors of Toymakers of Eastlake since December 2009.

Bob Helms joined Pegasus in 1999 as a member of the Board of Directors. His  leadership allowed Pegasus to focus on critical issues that resulted in  the company becoming profitable and delivering consistent financial  results.
