Pegasus TransTech Deploys TRANSFLO Express® Version 2.0

Tampa, Fla. –  Pegasus TransTech has implemented Version 2.0 of TRANSFLO Express^®, upgrading the nation’s leading truck stop scanning solution. Among the many improvements are a new look and feel, Windows 7 compatibility, easier reporting capabilities, and an upgraded Confirmation Viewer.

“TRANSFLO Express 2.0 brings many improvements to what is already the premiere electronic document delivery system,” said Don Burke, vice president, operations.  “Among other things, customers are able to drill down to scan locations and generate better reports. They can also open and save images in PDF format.”

TRANSFLO Express 2.0 features a long list of upgrades beginning with a new Confirmation Viewer -- the application carriers and drivers use to run reports and view documents sent to them. Fleets can use Confirmation Viewer to easily change the message at the bottom of the receipt drivers get after scanning. For example, a fleet might want to recognize Driver Appreciation Week or promote a safety topic. Now fleets can change that message daily if they wish.

“Reports and documents in Confirmation Viewer now show the scanning location – city and state -- for each batch scanned, and our customers can customize their column views,” Burke said.

That means they can search scans and generate reports quickly as needed, Burke explained. With just a few keystrokes in TRANSFLO Express 2.0, customers can see a list of scans from a particular location or in a time frame that can be as narrow as specific hours in a day. Meanwhile, a driver is able view documents scanned within the last 14 days by entering his or her unique confirmation number.

A header on each scan can remain with the document so anyone calling it up later can see basic information such as where and when it was scanned. The header is a customer option.

With TRANSFLO Express, drivers simply hand their documents to a trained cashier for scanning at more than 550 truck stop locations nationwide, including all Pilot and Love’s travel centers. In seconds, these documents are sent electronically to the fleet for immediate billing and payroll processing. Because TRANSFLO Express expedites document delivery, fleets and drivers get paid faster.
