Pegasus TransTech Moves Corporate Offices

Tampa, Fla. – Jan. 25 – Pegasus TransTech moved its corporate headquarters today into one of Tampa Bay’s first  LEED Certified Buildings, Corporate Center Four at International Plaza at 4301 W. Boy Scout Blvd. LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a set of standards for energy efficient, environmentally friendly structures.

Corporate Center Four is an eight-story Class A office building in the prestigious Westshore area next to International Plaza. In addition to Pegasus TransTech’s corporate offices, the tower also houses its new, advanced corporate data center.

Pegasus TransTech is located on the fifth floor overlooking the plaza and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ football stadium. The building contains approximately 247,000 square feet including a state-of-the-art fitness center, beautiful granite lobby area, covered parking garage, bank, snack bar, and soon-to-open café.
