Bob Helms
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Bob Helms is Chairman & CEO of Pegasus TransTech Corporation. He joined Pegasus TransTech in 1999 as a member of the Board of Directors. Helms leadership has allowed Pegasus to focus on critical issues that resulted in the company becoming profitable and delivering consistent financial results.
He was formerly CEO of TruckersB2B, Inc., a division of Celadon, Inc. (CLDN) and Vice President of QUALCOMM (QCOM), Wireless Business Solutions. Bob holds a degree in Business Administration and three U.S. patents related to wireless communications and software for the transportation industry.
Memberships and affiliations include: American Trucking Associations, Truckload Carriers Association, CEO Council of Tampa Bay, Allied Committee for the Trucking Industry (ACT1) and NAFC. Mr. Helms is currently an active volunteer, President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Toymakers of East Lake. Helms is also currently on the Board of Directors of Pario Solutions Incorporated.

Frank Adelman
Senior Vice President
Frank Adelman leads Pegasus’ efforts to grow market share for its core transportation products and services, and drive new revenue growth for the company’s shipment-to-cash solutions in transportation and beyond.
Frank brings more than 20 years of transportation industry expertise to his role, including more than 17 years in executive leadership roles. He has a history of driving unprecedented growth, improving quality, and leading initiatives that deliver significant improvements in customer satisfaction. In nine years at Comdata Corp., a $350 million provider of payment and information services to the transportation industry, Frank served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for both the Merchant Services Division and the Transportation Group. Prior to joining Comdata, he was Vice President of Sales for the Trendar Corp., a venture-funded company providing point-of-sale and fleet data information systems to the transportation industry. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee.
Don Burke
Vice President, Operations
Don Burke leads the company’s professional services organization, including project management & implementation activities, technical support services, education and business consulting. In addition, Don leads the Quality Assurance team. His responsibilities include strengthening Pegasus TransTech Corporation’s service offerings and delivery model, enhancing customer satisfaction and improving the organization’s ability to contribute positively to the company’s results. Don’s background includes building and managing profitable, growing service organizations.
Before joining Pegasus, he was Vice President of The Summit Group, a consulting organization serving Fortune 500s specializing in work process effectiveness, where he managed enterprise-wide technology implementations including automating business critical workflows. He holds a B.A. from Colorado State University.
Jeanne Walters
Vice President, Finance
Jeanne Walters leads the finance and human resources organizations at Pegasus TransTech. Additionally, she is responsible for the purchasing, sales contract administration, billing, office administration and IT helpdesk functions.
Prior to joining Pegasus TransTech, Jeanne had more than 25 years experience in the services industry, of which 10 years were software solutions related. She served as Chief Financial Officer for Sage Healthcare Inc., a $300M healthcare software solutions provider, as Chief Accounting Officer for Intermedia Communications Inc., a $1B telecommunications company offering voice and data telecommunications solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, and as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLC. Jeanne holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and a M.B.A. with a Finance concentration from Wilkes University. She is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
Karen Blanchard
Vice President, Marketing
Karen Blanchard, Vice President, Marketing, is responsible for lead generation, marketing, communication and training for Pegasus TransTech. She provides the company a strategic vision that will allow for maximum growth and direct brand awareness, sales, new market analysis, customer satisfaction and increasing stockholder value. She manages the company’s internal and external communications including overseeing two websites, developing marketing collateral and advertising, coordinating branding and directing participation in trade shows and other industry events.
Prior to joining Pegasus TransTech in 2008, Karen had more than 20 years experience in marketing including serving as Marketing Manager at a data research company, Chain Store Guide, and Public Relations Manager at the largest truckload carrier in West Virginia. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. She has been a member of the Tampa Bay chapter of the American Marketing Association for the past five years.
Salem Elnahwy
Vice President, Development
Salem Elnahwy, Vice President, Development, leads the company’s software development and technology areas. This includes architecture, code and technical writing as well as 3rd party component management. His responsibilities include streamlining the software development process, driving the company’s technical solutions, mitigating risks and staying current with technology and best practices to allow the company to deliver scalable solutions that position it for profitability and growth. He joined Pegasus TransTech in 2003.
Salem has more than 18 years experience in software solution development. Prior to joining Pegasus TransTech, he led the software development of one of the provisioning and reporting teams at MCI-WorldCom, the world’s largest Internet network operator – now Verizon. Prior to that he worked at Keane, Inc, a US-based Information Technology services firm. While there, he led a team in developing software solutions to assist in the Y2K remediation efforts at Publix Supermarkets, the largest supermarket chain in Florida. He holds a Bachelors degree of Science with honors from the University of Alexandria, Egypt.
