PHOENIX, Ariz. – July 26, 2011 – Pegasus TransTech announced today that it is has extended its agreement to provide TRANSFLO Express® truck stop scanning services through Dec. 31, 2014, with Swift Transportation Company (Swift), a multi-faceted transportation services company and the largest truckload carrier in North America . Swift first began using TRANSFLO Express in 2009 to provide same-day access to delivery documents, reduce costs and speed cash flow.

Pegasus TransTech operates the largest truck stop scanning network in North America with almost 800 TRANSFLO Express locations throughout the United States and Canada including Pilot Flying J, Love’s travel centers and many independent locations.

With TRANSFLO Express, drivers simply hand their trip documents to a trained fuel desk attendant for scanning at almost 800 truck stop locations nationwide. In seconds, these documents are delivered electronically to the company for immediate billing and payroll processing.

No Training Needed for Quality Images that Speed Document Delivery

Tampa, Fla. – July 19 – Pegasus TransTech has introduced TRANSFLO Now! for iPhoneTM, a mobile scanning solution that speeds document delivery. The application is an easy way to capture and send high-quality document images from virtually anywhere for rapid processing and invoicing.

Drivers can capture images of signed delivery receipts, logs or bills of lading, for example, and send multiple documents electronically to the fleet in a matter of seconds. The process is seamless in a fleet’s back office as documents are delivered in exactly the same format as TRANSFLO Express® truck stop scanning and TRANSFLO Now!™ anywhere scanning from a laptop or PC.

For fleets that already use one or both of these services, there is no additional start-up fees and nothing to do but add this as an option for their drivers. Same-day access to transportation documents slashes days-sales-outstanding, accelerates cash flow and speeds driver pay.

Drivers can download the TRANSFLO Now! for iPhone app from the iPhone App Store for free.

To make this a true trucker-friendly app that is cost effective and easy to use, TRANSFLO Now! for iPhone automatically detects the document edges, crops the image and converts it to true black and white for efficient transmission and high quality results.

“We also wanted the process to be simple so that fleets do not incur training costs and drivers aren’t faced with hassle,” Helms said. “There is no training required to use or download our simple app.”

TRANSFLO Now for iPhone allows drivers to capture images of documents or import pre-scans from their phone’s photo library. TRANSFLO Now for iPhone compresses and enhances the images for faster, more efficient transmission. The application includes multi-touch zoom capability so drivers can quality check the images before sending.

The application also allows indexing, so drivers can provide additional information if their fleets require it, such as a Load Number or Trailer Number. This feature is optional and can be customized to each fleet. In addition, the application allows drivers to select a document type for each document they are sending. This feature is optional as well and is tailored to the fleet’s specifications.

Upon successful transmission, a unique confirmation number is displayed on the app and sent to the driver’s email address. Drivers can click on the confirmation number to view documents for 14 days after submission at www.transfloexpress.com.
